We only offer returns when the product has a manufacturer defect, any other reasons will not be accepted. The steps below explain the entire process for product returns. (Only applies if your product has a manufacturer defect.)
- 1. If your product happens to have a defect, we need legitimate and thorough proof. This can be done by sending us clear images of the defect, OR a good quality video of you pointing out the defect.
- 2. Send all proof of defect to email@example.com, together with your Name, Order Number, and your Email used when placing the order.
- 3. We will review the material and contact your within 2 business days, . We take defects very seriously, and customer satisfaction to us is key.
- 4. Do not return any products unless you have received our instructions and RMA number.
- 5. Once everything is approved, you will have your money refunded in 1-2 business days.
Once you have received the product(s), exchange of products will be unavailable.
If you placed an order and want to cancel it, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours. If you contact us anytime after 24 hours and the package has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipment fees for the return. Cannot be returned if opened.
All the sales are final and no refunds are made unless there is a manufacturer defect, OR cancellation of an order within 24 hours.
